Financial awareness training is all about understanding your financial numbers in plain English.
Do you want to know how to read a set of Financial Statements and actually understand what they are telling you about your business?
This one-on-one financial awareness training is for business owners who want to take control of their businesses and gain knowledge to better manage their profitability, cashflows and financial performance.
We will tailor a meeting every two months to discuss your financial results and plan action steps to meet your specific needs and objectives.
Objectives of the financial awareness training program will include:
- Develop an understanding of your key financial reports
- Gain knowledge of key accounting concepts
- Learn how to report on cashflow and profit
- Understand how to better manage your debtors and creditors
- Learn how to monitor income and expenses throughout the year
- Identify weaknesses / areas to work on between meetings to get better results
- Iron out any existing errors (e.g. formats, coding, analysis, timing differences, etc.)
- Understand what other information you should capture and how (for example stock, debtors, creditors, etc.)
Your Investment
The annual cost of this service is $3,540+GST (this allows time for the meeting and for preparation of information prior to the meeting- any additional time required would be charged out at $295 per hour)
Each session with the business owner is approximately 1 hour long and are scheduled to occur every two months.
