Business Continuity Planning & Training
The Covid-19 pandemic, labour shortages, supply chain disruption, rising inflation and costs have created significant disruption and challenges for many SME businesses.
It has never been more important than it is today for business owners to develop a risk-based business continuity plan that will help them to navigate through the many challenges and opportunities presented to SME's now and in the future.
If Covid-19 has taught us anything, it is the importance of having a resilient, agile and flexible business model in order to both weather future storms and also to take advantage of any opportunities that may present themselves.
What is Business Continuity Planning & Training?
This training service provides for 2 x two-hour sessions. During these sessions we work with you to devise, discuss and analyse critical strategies and actions which will become the foundation of a business continuity plan.
Following the creation of the business continuity plan, there will also be time for 2 x one-hour sessions. These sessions will analyse progress towards key action steps, monitor cashflows and profitability and provide further training and support.

Your Investment
$2,360 + GST (any additional time required would be charged at $295 per hour).
