Business Systems Training
The business systems training course is designed to ensure your information and financial systems are accurate and efficient in order to make informed and sound business decisions.
Management decisions rely on accurate data in order to fully understand the financial performance and position of the business.
We have recognized that too many business owners are wasting too much time in the data collection process, and using information that is not accurate to make important business decisions.
What is Business Systems Training?
The first step is an initial 2-hour meeting (either face to face or virtual) to map out what is currently happening in the business regarding use of technology, data-flows, storage and review of your current financial systems.
Next will be 1 x 4 hour face to face workshop, which will cover the following objectives:
- Identify data collection processes to improve operational efficiency
- Map out data flows into your financial system
- Introduce you to various technology options to improve business efficiency
- Learn to record data accurately into your financial system
- Introduce best practice record keeping and data storage
- Identify control checks on data to ensure accuracy
- Find ways to save time on admin tasks that could be automated
- Best practice to get the most out of your financial data
- Create a plan for implementing the above learnings
Benefits of Business Systems Training

- Giving you confidence and peace of mind in your financial systems and information

- The final step is a 2 hour follow-up meeting to understand what actions have been taken according to the above plan. Discuss further actions to be taken and implement a strategy for future continual improvement.
